Andrew F. Halaby
Partner
Andy Halaby focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. His intellectual property litigation experience includes patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, deceptive advertising, and copyright infringement matters, including before the United States International Trade Commission. Andy's commercial litigation experience includes breach of contract, business tort, antitrust, and other complex commercial matters. An experienced trial lawyer, Andy also has presented and published extensively on a wide variety of legal issues, including but not limited to patent, trademark and unfair competition, civil procedure, evidence and ethics issues.
Andy serves as Co-Chair of Snell & Wilmer's Ethics Committee.
