Snell & Wilmer's Denver Office Expands with Addition of Attorney Amanda E. McKinlay

DENVER (July 12, 2023) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce Amanda E. McKinlay recently joined the firm’s Denver office as Counsel in the commercial litigation practice group.

McKinlay is an accomplished litigator and mediator with particularly deep experience in construction litigation. She has represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in individual and multi-party claims involving alleged construction defects, premises liability, breach of contract, and complex business disputes. She has defended clients in a variety of industries including property owners, developers, and general contractors in a wide range of claims involving New York State Labor Law. 

Additionally, McKinlay has experience analyzing insurance claims, policy languages, coverage issues and representing insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes, including bad faith actions. 

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, McKinlay was a partner with Goldberg Segalla LLP in New York. McKinlay received her J.D. from Seton Hall University, School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Maryland.
