Snell & Wilmer Partner Keith M. Gregory Appointed to San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center, Inc. Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Los Angeles Partner Keith M. Gregory has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center, Inc. The San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center, Inc. is dedicated to improving the mental health of individuals and families within the Greater San Fernando Valley community. They aim to achieve this by providing effective and culturally sensitive therapeutic services based on each consumer’s individualized needs, strengths, and choices.

Gregory is an experienced litigator, with a considerable background in litigating government debarment proceedings, intellectual property issues, licensing agreements, trade secret matters, and Uniform Commercial Code issues, especially within the electronic components, computer hardware, and semi-conductor industries. He focuses his practice in the areas of general business matters; corporate, franchise, and partnership disputes; and intellectual property and commercial litigation. Gregory serves as chair of the commercial litigation group in Los Angeles and co-chair of the commercial litigation group in California. He is also co-chair of Snell & Wilmer’s First-Gen Forward program, a program that endeavors to provide our first-generation attorneys, some of whom may include people who are the first in their families to achieve a college degree or who come from a low-income or working-class background, with additional resources and programming to allow them to achieve professional growth and success at the firm. Gregory received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles.
