Snell & Wilmer Attorney Gabrielle Morlock Joins Board of Directors for Startup Tucson

TUCSON – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Tucson-based attorney Gabrielle Morlock has joined the Board of Directors for Startup Tucson.

Founded in 2012, Startup Tucson is a nonprofit that provides free or low-cost services to entrepreneurs with the mission to “transform the region’s economy through entrepreneurship and innovation.”

Morlock is an intellectual property attorney who focuses her practice on intellectual property counseling, intellectual property commercial transactions and trademark and copyright prosecution, as well as trade secret protection. She assists clients in a multitude of industries such as those in defense, cloud based software, finance, apparel, photography, podcasts, books publishing, entertainment, event venues, toys, food and beverage, among others. She has counseled numerous clients worldwide, from start-ups to middle market and large cap companies, in intellectual property matters.

Morlock is a 2022 40 Under 40 award recipient, as well as the American Bar Association’s 2023 Rosner & Rosner Young Lawyers Professionalism Award. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® 2023 Ones to Watch Edition in the areas of Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate Law. She was recently recognized with Startup Tucson’s Larry Hecker and Sherry Hoskinson Bright Futures Community Builder Award for her “outstanding commitment and dedication to building the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tucson.”

Furthermore, Morlock volunteers with the Florence Immigration & Refugee Right Project, Tech Launch Arizona, the University of Arizona Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship law Clinic, and a Court-Appointed Special Advocate of Pima County.
