Steve Young's practice is concentrated in real estate finance matters. He has represented banks and insurance companies for over 15 years in connection with financing the construction, acquisition and permanent financing of real estate and providing secured and unsecured lines of credit to a variety of businesses. Steve also has over a decade of experience as an investment banker, adding to his ability to understand and respond to the needs of borrowers as well as lenders. This combined experience has enabled him to bring his largest, most complex and heavily negotiated transactions to a successful conclusion.
