Tim O'Neill's national litigation practice focuses on complex business litigation, commercial disputes and major product liability tort litigation. He represents major corporate defendants as regional and national trial counsel with extensive jury trial experience in numerous federal and state courts around the country. Tim is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Tim’s practice also includes probate and trust litigation, including representation of corporate and individual trustees and estate administrators (executors and personal representatives) in a wide array of matters involving trust and estate administration. These matters often involve actions seeking to uphold or invalidate a will or trust on grounds of lack of capacity or undue influence, and/or claims of breach of fiduciary duty, elder abuse or financial exploitation.
Tim served as the Managing Partner of Snell & Wilmer's Denver office and a member of the firm's Executive Committee from 2000 through 2016.
