Trisha Lau serves as Client Review Counsel for Snell & Wilmer. In this role, Trisha focuses on ethics and compliance, loss prevention, and other legal matters pertaining to the firm. Prior to serving as the firm’s Client Review Counsel, Trisha’s practice was concentrated in intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, and legal ethics and professional responsibility. She has experience with patent infringement matters in various fields including software development, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, sod harvesting machinery and laser hologram technology. Trisha has represented clients in general commercial litigation matters, including matters involving breach of contract, breach of implied warranty, fraud, tortious interference with business and other business torts. She also has experience with trademark and trade dress infringement, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition. Trisha has unique experience representing clients in the fitness industry.
