Rebekah focuses her practice on specialty financial litigation and regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on tax controversy, creditor’s rights, financial services, bankruptcy, and reorganization. She has experience representing clients in litigation and appeals in both federal and state courts, and with assisting clients during business negotiations and unclaimed property examinations.
