Olivia Crellin’s principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities law with an emphasis on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, securities law compliance, joint ventures and general corporate matters. She also works directly with businesses, organizations and individuals in natural resource transactions including, specifically, the appropriation and sale of water rights and commercial transactions with tribal entities.
