Nic Misuraca focuses his practice on product liability litigation in both federal and state courts. He also handles criminal, consumer warranty and consumer fraud-based litigation. His work includes all aspects of the litigation process, such as motion practice, witness preparation, discovery, pretrial preparation and trial.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Nic worked as a Deputy County Attorney, where he prosecuted violent, property, drug, and fraud criminal offenders. Nic has experience handling all stages of criminal cases from law enforcement investigation to plea negotiation, trial and sentencing. Nic has worked closely with prosecutors and law enforcement, which provided him with a practical knowledge of their perspectives at all organizational levels.
