Nic Misuraca focuses his practice on product liability litigation in both federal and state courts. He also handles criminal, consumer warranty, and consumer fraud-based litigation. His work includes all aspects of the litigation process, such as motion practice, discovery, pretrial preparation, and trial.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Nic worked as a Deputy County Attorney prosecuting violent, property, drug, and fraud criminal offenders. Nic has experience handling all stages of a criminal case from investigation to plea negotiation, trial and sentencing. Nic's experience with prosecutors and law enforcement has provided him with insight about their perspectives and tactics at all organizational levels.

Represented an automobile manufacturer in a multimillion dollar vehicle defect lawsuit.
Conducted investigations to determine general work advice for media releases and crisis communications.
