Neal McConomy

Associate| Denver

Neal’s practice involves all matters of business litigation in both trial and appellate courts at the state and federal level. He focuses his practice on real property matters, such as title defense and mortgage disputes; construction defect defense, including that of architects and engineers; and employment matters, such as wrongful discharge and discrimination claims as well as non-compete enforcement. Neal has also litigated in the areas of trademark infringement, franchise disputes, shareholder disputes and contract disputes.

While his practice focuses on defense, Neal serves his clients in the plaintiff capacity as needed. Neal’s goal for each client and matter is to understand his client’s business and corresponding litigation goals in order to achieve the best outcome given each situation’s unique circumstances—one that always maximizes efficiency, allowing the client to spend less time dealing with litigation and instead focus on what his client does best: operate a business.

Neal is a contributor to Snell & Wilmer's Real Estate Litigation blog.
