Mary Colleen Fowler focuses her practice in special litigation and compliance. She focuses on representing businesses and individuals in constitutional, international trade, and government relations matters. Her state and federal constitutional and governmental relations practice includes election law, political law and government contracting.
Mary Colleen Fowler is also a member of the Investigations, Government Enforcement and White Collar Protection practice. In this capacity, Mary Colleen represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters relating to federal and state criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement.
