Lester Anderson's practice is concentrated in intellectual property law. His experience includes preparing patent applications, conducting examiner interviews related to Office Action responses, working with inventors and reviewing patent applications. Lester's background also includes performing patent analysis and patent mapping in conjunction with portfolio development and patent litigation activities. He has prepared patent applications and responses to Office Actions for a variety of technologies, including 4G/5G-NR, Wi-Fi, semi-conductors, autonomous vehicles, 3-D printing and robotic manufacturing, as well as, medical devices such as catheters, stents, syringes, and needle-safety. He has also prepared patent applications and responses to Office Actions related to High-Efficiency Video Coding (HVEC), electronic devices and systems, and computer hardware and software. He has also performed intellectual property due diligence, opinion work and client counseling for a variety of technologies. Lester's education and previous work background as an electrical engineer serves him in assisting clients in patent work for mechanical and electromechanical devices and green technologies.
Lester is only licensed to practice in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
