Lee Parish focuses his practice on commercial and real estate transactions, banking, regulatory compliance and operational matters. He has experience handling wide-ranging finance and lending documentation, including bilateral committed and uncommitted lines of credit, syndications and participations, term loans, real estate and construction, letters of credit and consumer loans. Lee has also reviewed, drafted and edited confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, letters of commitment, loan and security agreements, subordination agreements and account control agreements. He has solid experience strategizing and documenting loan workouts, including forbearance agreements, loan sale agreements, REO sale agreements and escrow holdback agreements.
Before working at Snell & Wilmer, Lee worked in-house for U.S. offices of several major foreign financial institutions, including Mizuho Bank, Ltd., CTBC USA (as General Counsel) and Tokai Bank of California.
