Kimberly Topel focuses her practice in litigation. She received her J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law where she was a member of the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competitive Team. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Kimberly worked as a Citizen Lawyer Program Volunteer for the Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence where she helped to prepare U-Visa and VAWA petitions for undocumented victims of domestic violence. Kimberly also worked for the Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review as an Immigration Court Legal Intern where she assisted immigration judges in drafting decisions on applications for asylum and cancellation of removal.
