Joseph Neguse focuses his practice on commercial litigation, employment law, and administrative law. As an experienced litigator and the former Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Joseph utilizes his public and private sector experience to help entrepreneurs, innovators, and small and large businesses with their legal needs and navigating an ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Joseph served in the Cabinet of Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper as the Executive Director of DORA from June 2015 to June 2017. In that role, he provided leadership, oversight and management across nine complex regulatory divisions, leading the state’s regulatory department in its mission to protect Colorado consumers and promote a fair and competitive business environment. Prior to his role with DORA, Joseph was an attorney at a Denver law firm and served as an elected Regent on the University of Colorado Board of Regents, representing Colorado’s 2nd Congressional District.
