John Sarager focuses his practice in real estate and business, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). John has experience drafting all types of business contracts and assisting clients with transactions. As a certified public accountant (CPA), John has assisted clients with tax disputes and transactions. John began his professional career working in the tax compliance and business risk groups at Ernst & Young. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for 10 years in multiple capacities for business owners and as a small business owner himself. He understands firsthand the pressures felt by business owners and entrepreneurs. His diverse professional background provides a valuable perspective to a broad range of legal issues.
