Jessica Kemper is a commercial litigator who focuses her practice on intellectual property and other complex matters, including patent litigation matters. She has experience working in various stages of litigation, including prelitigation analysis, preparing and responding to complaints, preparing discovery disclosures and discovery requests, preparing and responding to motions, and preparing pretrial court documents.
Jessica completed her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at Arizona State University. While in law school at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Jessica focused much of her coursework on intellectual property and technology-related matters, including patent law, copyright law, and trademark and unfair competition law. She earned a certificate in Law, Science & Technology with an Intellectual Property focus, demonstrating her emphasis on intellectual property and other science-related coursework and extracurricular activities. Jessica served as the president of her law school’s Intellectual Property Student Association, in which she organized informative events concerning intellectual property practice and developments. Additionally, while in law school, Jessica served as a judicial extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
