Jeanne Sohn focuses her practice in commercial litigation and creditor rights, emphasizing the financial services industry. Jeanne has and currently represents national financial institutions and other creditors in litigation and disputes involving federal and state consumer protection laws, including defense of lender liability claims arising under the Truth and Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Home Loan Protection Act (HLPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Unfair Practices Act (UPA). Her experience also includes representing creditors in bankruptcy matters and proceedings in Federal Bankruptcy Court and matters in the Navajo Nation and other tribal jurisdictions.
