Jeanne Graca’s practice is concentrated in the coordination of all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, development and financing, with a specific concentration in retail and multi-tenant office transactions. She has provided advice to large, international retailers in connection with the acquisition and development of new store locations and existing store expansions. Jeanne has extensive experience negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
