Jason Harmon is a commercial and product liability litigator. He defends high-stakes product defect, contract and other claims against manufacturers of industrial, commercial and consumer products as well as pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He also represents a variety of other businesses and has experience defending large, complex and multidistrict litigation (MDL) as well as individual matters. He represents companies at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through complex electronic discovery, depositions, discovery disputes, expert work-up, dispositive motions and alternative dispute resolution. He has helped defend companies against broad electronic discovery requests and sought discovery from third parties in various countries, including France, Canada and Mexico, and has appeared in foreign discovery proceedings. Jason also advocates for juveniles and parents on a pro bono basis at trial and on appeal.
