Elizabeth Gadbaw focuses her practice in corporate and securities, including mergers and acquisitions, franchising, entity formation and corporate governance, securities law compliance and general corporate matters.

Elizabeth has a strong interest in the education sector. Prior to beginning her career in law, Elizabeth worked as a teacher and pursued a master’s degree in education policy. During law school, she studied education law, worked in a youth and justice clinic to help end solitary confinement for juveniles, and co-chaired an education rights clinic in partnership with UCLA School of Law and pro bono law firm Public Counsel.
