Dillon Olson’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals. Dillon has represented clients in a wide array of commercial litigation matters, including disputes related to contracts, corporate governance, employment, environment and natural resources, energy and utilities, healthcare, insurance, intellectual property, products liability, real estate, and secured transactions. In his appellate practice, Dillon benefits from his experience at the Utah appellate courts, where he served as a Judicial Clerk for Judge Orme of the Utah Court of Appeals and as a Judicial Intern for Chief Justice Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
