Daniel’s practice focuses on supporting client businesses and brands in intellectual property areas such as name clearance and screening, prosecution and enforcement, licensing, transactional, copyright, endorsement, advertising, marketing and promotion. He also has extensive experience representing clients in dispute matters, whether before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, state and federal court systems, or disputes stemming from the Internet.
