M. Covey Morris is an associate in the firm’s commercial finance group. While he concentrates on real estate finance, he also represents clients in general real estate, and customs and trade transactions. Covey represents lenders in all manner of finance; representative transactions include commercial, residential, multi-family residential and subsidized housing for low income individuals and the elderly. He also assists U.S. manufactures in developing strategies to reduce tariff related tax burdens.
