Bio

Colton Addy focuses his practice in real estate and commercial finance. He represents clients in matters involving real estate disputes and all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, zoning and land use, and leasing. Colton regularly represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of leases, purchase and sale agreements, and cell site attachment agreements.
