Christopher Meyers focuses his practice in labor and employment and immigration. His labor and employment practice includes handling disputes relating to discrimination and compensation issues arising in the workplace, as well as advising employers about their obligations under federal and state laws including, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, ADA (as amended), the ADEA and OWBPA, FMLA, OSHA, Davis-Bacon and Service Contract Acts, and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) among others. Moreover, Christopher regularly represents employers in defending against allegations of unfair labor practices and unionization efforts in front of the National Labor Relations Board. 

Christopher also advises and represents employers in the prosecution and defense of restrictive covenant obligations, preservation of trade secrets and proprietary materials, as well as other post-employment obligations contained in high-level employment agreements.

Christopher’s immigration practice consists of assisting employers seeking visa processing solutions as well as handling compliance issues with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) audits. He assists employers in obtaining both immigrant and non-immigrant visas for their employees and individuals in family-based immigration matters. Most recently, Christopher handled several H-1B petitions and guided employers through the USCIS lottery process, as well as processing L and K visas.
