Brian Foster's practice is concentrated in international law and commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate and business litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, contract disputes, sale of business disputes and TCPA litigation.

Brian has tried numerous cases to verdict for both defendants and plaintiffs, including multiple cases where the amount in controversy was in the multi-millions.

Brian also has substantial experience in the payment processing industry having represented processors, ISOs and issuers in litigation matters.

Brian is a frequent legal commentator on FOX 10 News and has made over 150 local and national appearances on various media outlets (FOX News & CNN) covering, among numerous other top news stories, President Trump's Supreme Court nominations, the Jodi Arias trial, and Bill Cosby's criminal and civil cases.
