Blake Cooper works to get clients access to capital and maneuver through complicated mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has counseled clients ranging in size from startups to Fortune 50 companies in various foreign and domestic transactions. Blake also has extensive experience in helping mid- and small-cap public companies manage SEC reporting and capital markets issues. His business-level Japanese helps to assist Japanese companies in setting up and managing operations in the United States.
