Beth Michaels focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. She regularly litigates contract and other business disputes, including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims. She is skilled in appellate practice and has represented numerous clients at the appellate level. Beth has particular experience handling intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade secret and copyright claims. She is also experienced in securities litigation and represents creditors in bankruptcy court.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Beth served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Dennis Graham at the Colorado Court of Appeals. Beth leverages her experience from the court to craft persuasive arguments, navigate complex legal challenges, and advocate skillfully for her clients at the trial and appellate levels.
Beth maintains an active bro bono practice, representing indigent clients in federal court through Colorado’s federal pro bono panel. She is also an active volunteer with Colorado’s federal pro se clinic, where she helps self-represented parties navigate the litigation process.
