Amelia Esber is an associate in the labor and employment group. Her practice is focused on cases involving accidents and injuries including matters arising under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Amelia also counsels and defends employers regarding a variety of other labor and employment matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, wage and hour disputes and other personnel-related issues.
Amelia also has experience with personal injury claims. She has litigated cases involving automobile accidents, motor carrier negligence, premises liability, product defects, dram shop liquor liability and wrongful death.
