Grievance, Arbitration And Dispute Resolution Policy
Snell & Wilmer (the "Firm") has for years had in place a mandatory grievance and arbitration policy for the resolution of any employment-related dispute at the Firm.
This policy and related procedures are available to you for review upon request. Such request should be directed to the Director of Human Resources or the Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development. In exchange for Snell & Wilmer's consideration of your application for employment, you agree to submit any dispute arising out of your application for employment to final and binding resolution pursuant to the Firm's grievance and arbitration policy and procedures.
