Next week is the annual Environmental and Sustainability Summit presented by Snell & Wilmer and the Arizona Manufacturers Council.  This Summit has been providing up to date information to attendees in the environmental, health, safety and sustainability arena for more than two decades.  It also provides a terrific opportunity for all attendees to interact with state and federal agency and regulatory leaders as well as state and federal legislators.

This year the Summit will be in the cool pines of Flagstaff, Arizona at one of the state’s three public universities, Northern Arizona University.  NAU President Dr. Rita Cheng will welcome our attendees on Friday as we close out the Summit on that day with Henry Darwin, Acting Deputy Administrator of the USEPA, presenting as our keynote speaker at the close of the Summit.

This year a limited number of attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an Ecological Restoration Institute tour.  This tour is limited to the first 40 that register for the tour.  The tour will take place on Wednesday July 25th in the afternoon and focus on Forest Preservation and Biomass Utilization.  Please coordinate your registration for the Summit and the tour as well as your hotel needs through the following link: http://azchamber.chambermaster.com/events/details/environmental-and-sustainability-summit-2019-235561.  We look forward to seeing you at the Summit and receptions.
