LA’s 6th St Viaduct Replacement Project Continues Work

ENR reports construction moving forward on the largest bridge project in Los Angeles history: the $449 million project to replace the 83 year old 6th Street Viaduct, which was deemed unsafe as a result of Alkali Silica Reaction that is weakening its concrete supports. The Viaduct is a key transportation link between Los Angeles’ Arts District and the historic Boyle Heights neighborhood. Read more here.
