- Represented large national automobile insurer in a $21 billion nationwide consumer class action alleging the price-fixing of insurance, obtaining a dismissal with prejudice
- Represented energy trading companies in a series of class actions alleging manipulation of natural gas price indices
- Represented large national insurers in a series of California class actions by various service providers to the automobile insurance industry claiming price fixing, obtaining dismissals with prejudice
- Represented municipal water company against tying and monopolization allegations
- Represented hospitals in a class action matter, alleging that the hospitals and a trade association had fixed the wages of part-time nurses, obtaining a declination by the DOJ and a denial of certification of more than 80% of the alleged class
- Represented two healthcare providers who alleged that a monopolist hospital had blocked their opening of a competing outpatient facility, obtaining a multimillion dollar settlement
- Represented transportation companies against allegations of conspiracy and deceptive trade practices
- Represented large truck stop chain with respect to boycott allegations
- Represented information technology companies with respect to antitrust counterclaims arising out the companies claims to intellectual property rights, obtaining dismissals with prejudice

- Represented automobile manufacturers in consumer class action alleging price fixing
