On May 21, 2010, the Department of the Treasury released its long-awaited guidelines regarding the application process for the qualifying therapeutic discovery tax credit under Section 48 D (Notice 2010-45). The application Form 8942 and HHS Project Information Memorandum are now available and can be filed through July 21, 2010.
