Effective June 16, 2010, the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) increased the application and filing fees for most of its water-related applications. The increased fees will affect nearly all private-sector activities that are administered by ADWR or that require their approval. Among the many possibilities, these activities range from real estate transactions involving a change in ownership of water rights to filing for a Certificate of Assured Water Supply.
