Tracy H. Fowler, P.C.

Tracy Fowler is a partner with Snell & Wilmer's product liability litigation practice group in the Salt Lake City office. He has over 30 years of trial and appellate experience in product liability defense and commercial litigation. Tracy has represented manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of products, including airplanes and helicopters, motorcycles and motor vehicles, personal watercraft and ATVs, industrial and construction equipment, elevators and escalators, and pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has handled asbestos and toxic tort litigation as lead trial counsel throughout the Western United States. Tracy has also prosecuted and defended complex commercial litigation matters in areas such as patent infringement, trademark and trade secrets, Lanham Act and business torts, franchise and dealership disputes, and contract and construction claims. He has significant experience in class actions, consolidated proceedings and matters before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Tracy serves as Chair of the Product Liability Subcommittee of the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Civil Jury Instructions.
