Nicole Sornsin's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation with experience in construction litigation, financial services litigation, and general business torts and contract-related disputes.  Her construction litigation practice includes the representation of general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in performance and payment disputes, contract termination matters, mechanics’ and materialmen's lien foreclosures, surety bond claims, registrar of contractors' administrative proceedings and bid protests.  Nicole’s financial services litigation practice includes the representation of national banks involving various contract and tort claims, lender liability claims, and Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) issues. She has successfully defended clients in both federal and state court, as well as in administrative proceedings.

Nicole also participated as one of  twenty-four attorneys in a year-long inaugural program sponsored by the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel entitled “Ladder Down” through the AADC’s Women’s Initiative to promote Leadership Empowerment, Business Development, Marketing and Mentoring for emerging leaders among women attorneys in our community.
