Brad Austin is a trial and litigation attorney with the firm's commercial litigation practice group. His practice is focused on complex business, civil, and commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on breach-of-contract disputes, commercial torts, financial service and real estate litigation, class action lawsuits, professional malpractice, and shareholder derivative litigation. Brad prosecutes and defends actions for businesses – ranging from small private to Fortune 500 – and individuals seeking injunctive relief, declaratory relief and monetary damages in state and federal court, the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and JAMS and AAA arbitration and mediation.
Brad is a member of the Snell & Wilmer Ethics and Attorney Development Committees and routinely serves as pro bono counsel for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project.
