Patrick Fowler's practice concentrates on complex litigation and trial work, primarily in defending companies facing product liability litigation (automotive, marine, consumer and industrial products) involving catastrophic injury or property damage, along with commercial, environmental and intellectual property disputes. He is experienced in counseling product manufacturers regarding state, federal and industry safety regulations, voluntary standards and recommended practices, as well as providing advice regarding on-product warnings and product information manuals. Pat's practice is nationwide, as he has taken numerous state and federal court cases to trial in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Kansas, Indiana, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. He also has experience with managing and coordinating discovery and litigation on a national basis for several large companies.
