Our Practice - What We Do
Snell & Wilmer’s Latin America Practice was formed to better serve clients doing business or with interests in Latin America and Mexico. The select group of attorneys practicing in Latin America provide important benefits of on-going representation throughout the region, including:

Our Attorneys - Who We Are
Snell & Wilmer’s Latin American Practice group is comprised of more than 15 attorneys practicing in Snell & Wilmer’s six offices, located throughout the Western United States. Many of these attorneys hold leadership positions in international organizations including Arizona-Mexico Commission, Texas-Mexico Bar Association, Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association, and the Border Trade Alliance.

These businesses represent a broad cross-section of industries including emerging companies establishing distribution and franchising channels in Latin America and multinational corporations involved in multi-million dollar infrastructure developments. Snell & Wilmer regularly represents clients in the manufacturing industry, real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, emerging organizations, private equity firms, as well as energy and communications projects. These attorneys also represents clients with interests in both the United States and Latin America in matters involving, intellectual property licensing, financing, investing, securities issues, labor issues, immigration, tax, mergers and acquisitions and international trade matters.
