Labor and Employment
Our Practice - What We Do
Snell & Wilmer’s labor and employment attorneys offer a wide range of experience and exceptional service. Our attorneys are able to assist clients through all phases of employment and labor litigation. From pretrial discovery through trial, our highly experienced and talented attorneys will not avoid the courtroom, but will instead provide exceptional, experienced litigation representation to our clients. Litigation, however, is not always in our clients' best interest. A hallmark of our labor and employment law practice is our ability to help our clients avoid litigation, where beneficial, through counseling and investigation as well as alternative dispute resolution strategies such as arbitration and mediation – all tactics that are generally less expensive than litigation and therefore a better value for our clients.
