Immigration Law

Our Practice - What We Do
We represent companies in obtaining non-immigrant work visas for their foreign born employees. We also assist these companies and their foreign employees through the labor certification process and the final process of obtaining green cards for themselves and their families. Our practice is to also represent individuals and their families with family based green card petitions. Finally, we advise employers on I-9 compliance matters, social security mismatch letters, and other immigration-related concerns.
