- Hyatt Sainte Claire, San Jose, California - acquisition
- Marriott's Camelback Inn and Marriott’s Mountain Shadows Resort, Paradise Valley, Arizona - various development, governmental entitlement and management matters
- Montecatini at Lake Las Vegas Resort - 275 exclusive luxury condominium units in buildings clustered over 42 acres in the Lake Las Vegas Resort hotel, retail, commercial, golf and residential resort community surrounding a 320 acre man made lake in the City of Henderson
- Pan Pacific, San Diego, California - financing
- Phoenician Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona - original site acquisition and various development matters; ongoing representation in resort matters
- The Curve - A 47-acre Urban Village development in southwest Las Vegas, featuring two 18-story condominium towers with 191 units each, and retail along an open air pedestrian mall
- The Cosmopolitan - 500,000 square foot multi-use property with two towers, a casino and retail space for a combined total of 2,550 condominium and hotel units
- Pointe Hotels, Phoenix, Arizona - joint venture ownership and management issues, construction and development projects, hotel sale transactions
- Powdr Corp. - general counsel in connection with Park City Mountain Ski Resort, Utah and other resort properties in Colorado, California, Nevada and Oregon; entitlements, water rights, community development, sponsorships, and forest service leases
- Promontory - The Ranch Club - master planned golf club and luxury home community of over 6000 acres in Summit County
- Ritz Carlton, Phoenix, Arizona - ownership and management agreements
- Sheraton Sunrise, east of Sacramento, California - construction contracts, franchise agreement, and management agreement
- Sheraton Wildhorse Pass Spa and Resort, Chandler, Arizona - management agreement with Gila River Indian Community
- The Palms Place - hotel condominium and spa at the Palms, Las Vegas. A hotel condominium tower located adjacent to the Palms Hotel & Casino.
- Turnberry Towers - development of Tower 4 of Turnberry Place, consisting of 231 luxury residential condominium units in a 38-story building in Clark County
- Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Tucson, Arizona - refinancing
- Icon - two 48-story high-rise condominium towers with 248 units each
