- Bank One Ballpark - advised Maricopa County in the financing of Bank One Ballpark
- Collier Center International - represented Bank of America in the $125,000,000 construction loan for Collier Center in Downtown Phoenix
- Convenience Store Chain - $65,000,000 financing for a chain of convenience stores, involving over 100 separate properties in multiple states as collateral
- Desert Marketplace - represented Bank of America in the $150,000,000 loan for Desert Marketplace retail center in Metropolitan Phoenix
- J.F. Shea Co., Inc. - Served as lead counsel in obtaining credit support for $134,000,000 in tax-exempt bonds secured by multifamily projects in northern and southern California
- Lenders Consortium - Represented a consortium of five lenders owed $53,000,000 by a regional department store chain through workout, including an additional $10,000,000 of interim financing by two of the lenders, pending sale of the company
- National Automobile Dealership – Securitization of more than $1,000,0000,000 in sales contracts
- Salt Lake City Winter Olympic facilities - Served as counsel to the lending group in the structured financing of several Salt Lake City Winter Olympic facilities
- Singapore Manufacturing Facility - $38,000,000 financing to distributor of contact lenses to acquire Singapore manufacturing facility, secured by intellectual property assets and stock of foreign subsidiaries
- Tustin Marine Base - Lead counsel to the agent bank of a bank group, which provided $105,000,000 in acquisition and development financing for the Tustin Marine Base in Tustin, California
