Mentor Program

Our commitment to your success is reflected through Snell & Wilmer's mentoring program. We know it is a big step going from law school to being an attorney. The reality is, lawyering is stressful. Associates need people they trust, who can help them through the hard spots. It is much easier when you are surrounded by people who care about you and are supportive.

Our mentoring program is highly organized and each associate works with a partner throughout the partnership track. We value our mentoring program so much, we celebrate some of the firm's most influential mentors in our Mentor Hall of Fame.
