He also advises clients in real estate and secured transactions, including purchase and sales, leasing and the exercise of creditor’s rights.
Zac has negotiated and prepared agreements relating to the ownership and operation of businesses and real property, such as stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, stockholder (“buy/sell”) agreements, key employee and independent contractor agreements, vendor and management agreements, supply and licensing agreements, leases and brokerage services agreements.
