Bill Poorten's practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, including real estate, easement and title disputes, construction, architect and engineer liability, issues related to real estate development, environmental, natural resources, and securities. He has experience before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, in AAA, NASD and NYSE arbitrations, and in both state (Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas) and federal court (Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas), including jury trial and appellate practice.
