Stuart Einbinder represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, and in administrative and ADR proceedings. He also has substantial experience representing clients in complex transactional matters. Stuart has particular expertise in the areas of construction, real estate, commercial transactions, energy, insurance, and government contracting. On the litigation side, he has extensively litigated construction scope, delay and defect claims, breach of contract disputes, product liability issues, bid protests, RICO issues, business torts, fraud claims, and insurance coverage disputes. On the transactional side, Stuart has significant experience negotiating and drafting construction and design contracts, software/technology licenses and manufacturing, reseller and distribution agreements.
